As usual, I am soo bad with updating this blog because I rely on Instagram and now Tumblr to post my art. Soooooo......here are new images that I have been working in the 2015.  Hope 2016 will be another creative year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2014 was the year of changes and new inspiration for a new bodies of work.  The medium consist of frosted mylar, spraypaints, scrapbook papers, and different type of color papers.  These series was named, "In the Realm of the Gods", and a continuation of my fascination with stories and mythologies from different culture.  I culled these stories to create new images, referencing the icon paintings of the middle ages, African votive sculptures to the Asian arts of the Chinese and Japanese.

New Work

Recent work that I've been doing in my studio.  I'm glad that I am out of my creative rut.  I took a printmaking class this spring and here are the results of what I did.  It was nice being back in the print shop, smelling the inks and solvents; working with other printmaker and exchanging creative ideas between other artist.

These prints were a combination of etchings, mixed media drawing and monoprints.
